TERMS & CONDITIONS
Bookings
Bookings will require a deposit of 25% of the booking fee and will be payable in full 7 days prior to the booking date. When making a booking less than 7 day before the planned tour date, we require the full cost of the tour to be paid at the time of booking. When making a booking 30 day or more before the planned tour date, we require a minimum of 25% deposit of the total cost. The remainder must be paid no less than 7 days before the tour date. Booking Changes or cancellations will only be accepted in writing via email, cancellation by the client later than 7 days from the pickup date will result in a loss of the full booking fee. Company Cool reserve the right to cancel any booking for any reason.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Please Note: Tours will not proceed if it is raining at the scheduled time of the booking. Tours in progress effected by inclement weather may be terminated for at the discretion of the Rider / Guide. If a booking is cancelled or terminated by Company Cool (other than for safety reasons or guest illness) you can.
- reschedule the tour at a later time or date agreed with Company Cool
- accept a full refund
SAFETY
Riding on a motor bike and side car has inherent risks, Company Cool will provide guests with a safety briefing outlining the safety features and risks associated with the motor bike and side cars before the commencement of each tour.
Once tours have commenced the rider/guide has a duty of care to suspend tours for any reason pertaining to the safety of the rider or his passengers.
Company Cool will not be liable for loss of property, cancellation or suspension of any tour for Safety Reasons.
If guest illness or accident (caused by the guest) interrupts a tour, Company Cool may terminate the tour at the discretion of the rider guide to ensure the well-being of the guest. If a tour is terminated Company cool will not be liable for any cost or expense and will not be liable for any refund.
GUEST HEALTH & WELFARE
If a passenger(s) HAS BOOKED and fails to join the tour at the agreed departure time, or attempts to join the tour after departure, or leaves the tour prior to completion, no refund fee, or re-booking will be given.
We allow a 15-minute leeway of the agreed pick-up times. If the client or group exceed this leeway, we may choose to either withdraw our sidecars & terminate the tour at full cost to the client, or agree to wait, with an additional charge of A$50 per 15 minutes being added to the cost for each bike delayed.

FAILURE TO JOIN THE TOUR
Motor Bike activities are considered inherently dangerous, and those who participate in Company Cool activities are required to sign a release form, acknowledging that they are assuming the responsibility for their voluntary participation in such activities.
